PHILADELPHIA (June 8, 2026) — The Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office Election Task Force (ETF) will be activated ahead of ward reorganization meetings taking place across Philadelphia until 8 p.m. today. The DAO Election Task Force’s role is to investigate and prosecute allegations of criminal activity related to elections.
Should elected committeepeople participating in ward reorganization meetings encounter any violence or physical threats, they are urged to call 9-1-1 immediately. Should elected committeepeople participating in the process encounter any other irregularities, they may call the DAO Election Task Force hotline at 215-686-9641.
