Our office will seek to bring a charge of Murder generally against the defendant and will vigorously prosecute this case using all forensic and law enforcement resources available in seeking justice. Our Victim Services Team will continue to be available to support the family, friends and law enforcement colleagues of this remarkable, heroic, and dedicated Philadelphia Police Officer.”
