Thanks to Assistant District Attorney Madelyn Koppany, who is currently the Assistant Supervisor of the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office Municipal Court Unit, for helping secure justice in a case involving a defendant accused of stabbing his brother in the head in front of a senior living center in 2017 following a verbal altercation. A jury found the defendant guilty of Aggravated Assault and he is scheduled for sentencing before the Hon. Mark J. Moore in January of 2023.
