For the Commonwealth: Assistant District Attorney Angela Brennan

Thanks to Assistant District Attorney Angela Brennan of the DAO’s Homicide and Non-Fatal Shootings Unit for helping secure justice in a case involving a defendant accused of assaulting a paramour and carjacking the woman’s car with her infant in the backseat on the evening of January 20, 2023 on the 3500 block of 17th Street. The defendant and victim started arguing with each other on the street before the defendant started punching, kicking and ripping a large portion of the victim’s hair out. The victim managed to flee to a nearby store where she was able to call for help.
