Assistant District Attorneys Eamon Kenny and Kara Heininger of our Family Violence and Sexual Assault Unit helped secure justice at a recent sentencing for a defendant who was found guilty by a jury of sexually assaulting his daughter. Kenny and Heininger successfully argued that the defendant be legally classified as a sexually violent predator, and the Hon. Genece Brinkley sentenced the defendant to 14-28 years of prison and lifetime registration as a sex offender.
